Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Palmdale, California 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs and ABA therapists
• Monitor client progress and adjust behavior intervention plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and ethical standards in care

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California (if applicable)
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
