This role is ideal for self-motivated and outgoing individuals eager to join a dynamic team. We pride ourselves on offering competitive wages, including a $1000 signing bonus for team members who demonstrate their commitment over 90 days. While customer service or sales experience is an asset, it is not a requirement, opening the door for a diverse range of applicants. Our work schedule runs from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, allowing for a balanced workweek with Fridays and Saturdays off. Our compensation package is designed to reward excellence, with potential earnings ranging from $712 to $1200+ weekly, complemented by the convenience of weekly payments. Job Responsibilities:

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• Talk with customers about our amazing company
• Connect with homeowners about construction and remodeling ideas
• Efficiently utilize company online content to show homeowners our work
