The City of Hesperia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Crew Supervisor to lead and supervise our dedicated team.Examples of Duties
Under general direction, plans, organizes, supervises and participates in the work of crews responsible for maintenance and repair of City streets and maintains appropriate work records; serves as a technical resource for assigned work crews; ensures safe work practices, work quality and accuracy; performs related and peripheral duties as required.

Any combination of education and experience that has provided the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for Maintenance Crew Supervisor –Roads. A typical way of obtaining the required qualifications is to possess the equivalent of five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in traffic, street maintenance, operations and repair, including some lead supervisory experience, and a High School diploma or GED.
License/Certificate:
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid class “C” California driver’s license
Possession of, or the ability to obtain a valid unrestricted Class “A” California driver’s license
