Position Overview

Seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting. This is an in-person only role for the 2025–2026 school year. The position runs Monday through Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, totaling 30 billable hours per week.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • Hours: 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM

  • 30-minute unpaid lunch

  • 30 billable hours weekly

Requirements

  • Active RBT Certification (must be in hand at time of submission)

  • CPI Certification required

  • Must be able to work on-site/in person

  • California-based candidates preferred, but out-of-state applicants are welcome

Job Duties

  • Provide behavior intervention services under supervision of a BCBA or qualified supervisor.

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Support students in academic, social, and behavioral goals within classroom and school environments.

  • Collect and record behavior data accurately and consistently.

  • Assist with crisis intervention following CPI training protocols.

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and support teams to promote student success.

  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to school district policies.
