West Country Heating & Air of Hesperia, California is actively seeking to hire a full-time Residential Project Manager-Salesman to coordinate project activities, communicate with trade partners and clients, and visit job sites. This role is the keystone of communication flow in our company and increases revenue by building excellent customer rapport.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER - SALESMAN

As a Project Manager-Salesman, you manage and coordinate multiple heating and cooling system projects. You lead field technicians and are the driving force behind producing the desired project results. You are determined to make sure that projects stay organized, under budget, and on schedule.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and enables you to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Your professional and friendly demeanor helps you create solid relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer Sales
• Ability to read blueprints & Title 24s
• Experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent leadership skills
