  • Total hours per week: 35–40 hours
  • Duration of Contract: School Year 2025–2026
Bonuses

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW preferred)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in an educational or clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of child development, mental health, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and behavior specialists
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to equity and inclusion
Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources
  • Assist in crisis situations and facilitate referrals to outside services when needed
  • Collaborate with staff to support student success in both academic and personal development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and confidentiality standards
