Cisneros Brothers Plumbing, Septic & Flood Services is currently seeking an experienced Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our customers recover from water damage events.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage assessments and develop restoration plans
• Extract water and set up drying equipment
• Remove damaged materials and debris
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
• Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration
• Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment
• Ability to assess situations and develop effective restoration plans
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
