Field Station Joshua Tree is seeking an Assistant General Manager to be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, with a specific focus on Front Desk, Housekeeping and the Retail Shop. This role supports and guides all associates with policies, standards, procedures and regulations, and works to ensure that all team members are working to deliver an exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency.
