JOB TITLE: 9th-12th Grade Facilitator
REPORTS TO: WorldOver International Program Coordinator
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $25-$31.00 per hour
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online High School Facilitator/Teacher to provide direct instruction and academic support in a virtual learning environment. Facilitators engage with learners through live online sessions using Google Meet and Google Classroom.
In this role, the Facilitator will communicate effectively with learners both verbally and visually, utilizing digital tools such as an interactive whiteboard. They will guide students through projects and standards-based tasks, reinforce foundational skills, and share resources securely. The Facilitator also supports learners in developing test-taking strategies, note-taking techniques, and critical thinking skills to strengthen academic performance.
Facilitators are not only responsible for clarifying concepts and extending classroom learning, but also for fostering deeper understanding across core and specialized subject areas. By creating an engaging, supportive, and interactive online environment, the Facilitator helps learners build confidence, achieve academic success, and develop lifelong learning skills.
