Your Role as Veterinarian

You'll have the freedom and support to practice medicine the way you were trained with compassion, integrity, and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough exams, diagnostics, and treatments for small animals

• Design tailored treatment plans that meet the needs of both pets and owners

• Conduct soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals, etc.)

• Build trusting relationships with clients through education and communication

• Collaborate with a skilled and reliable support team

What We're Looking For

• DVM with a current California veterinary license

• Experience in small animal medicine preferred, confident new grads are welcome and supported

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and an excellent communicator

• Passionate about educating clients and delivering gold-standard care
